Then you will continue to visit Mount Entoto (3,200 above sea level. The Church of St Mary (1885) and Emperor Menelik II Palace. The Entoto Museum, with its historical exhibits is well worth a visit. \nafter breakfast you drive to Asosa (300Kms from Nekmete) on the way admire the Bambasi village very colorful market of the Oromo, Mao & Komo. \nAn early morning drive will take you to Kumurk near to Sudan border town of Kumruk, get the permits, and drive to Fametsere, where under a volcanic mountain (which they call the gold mountain and have many traditional believes) the Berta people extract salt. \nAn early morning drive will take you to Janga where you can admire the Blue Nile River, before entering in Sudan, called here \u201cSirba Abay\u201d. On the way you can admire the Berta people, traditional gold miners, at work. Then proceed to Mankush (Guba), where you find also a previous palace of Degazmach Mohammed Nur Banjaw (Mankush), built during Emperor Menelik reign. You will arrive late in the afternoon in Asosa.
